Last night I pulled out Firm Fat Burning Cardio Toning. A lot of the pink Firms are new to me, and this was my first time with this one. I like finding tubing workouts because there are very few. I only flubbed a few quick changes when it came to wrapping the tubing around the feet, but just cut my losses and did these exercises without. I will know for next time.

I started a lifting program, I'm modifying one I've got a paper workout program. Monday was chest shoulders and triceps, Tue I was going to walk, but yet another really bad line of storms went through. Lights flickering, internet flickering. We were lucky. Just rain. A town about an hour away, hit by an F4 tornado. Destroyed a big chunk of the town. But I didn't workout cause well, we were in a tornado watch and a warning for a bit. Today Leg day plus a 20 min walk.

I havenβt been able to check-in from my laptop which is in my exercise area. I get a message saying that this site wonβt allow me to connect. I can connect with my IPad without any difficulty.
Yesterday was Super Body Sculpt. Today I planted flowers πΈ and fertilized my plumbago bushes. I have lots more flowers to plant tomorrow.

Today was a beautiful day. We have our 10 month old granddaughter for the night so mommy and daddy can go see a concert. Loaded her up with my stroller and walked 2 miles down the local nature trail. She slept the entire way LOL

She slept the entire way LOL Sounds perfect! I havenβt been able to access the forum for a few days. I contacted the ProBoards support and am now able to access the forum from my iPad. Today I just did Margaret Richardβs Getting Better upper body workout followed by 20-minutes of yoga.

I did yard max Saturday and we went to an outdoor cookout Sunday, so I stayed out of the heat yesterday. Today I pulled out Firm Stability ball. It was perfect for me today.
just to be out a bit as I fly out West to visit family. Most likely I wonβt bring my iPad which is how I check on the boards. We shall see.
